Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Advance Notice: We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.

3. No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to the full amount of the scheduled service.
